Anna embarked on her professional journey in the field of hospitality, gaining expertise in virtually all the areas that constitute a guest experience. Subsequently, she shifted her focus toward employee management, driven by the belief that when employees are appropriately equipped and feel happy, safe, cared for, and inspired in their workplace, they become more connected to the company and can positively contribute to the customer experience in a similar manner. Holding a master in HR and currently specializing in Internal Communications and Employee Engagement, her mission is to elevate organizational performance and well-being by cultivating sustainable company cultures.

I’m sustainable

Being sustainable, to me, means being responsible. My approach to sustainability starts with individual’s state of mind. I believe there is a strong relationship between achieving individual’s mental and emotional balance, and the amount of resources and materials required to sustain our lives. I personally try to avoid over consumption by all means, and I have realized that the more relaxed and connected to my essence and nature I am, the more successful I become in achieving it.

The future I want

I envision a future where sustainability is at the center of everything we do and not just a nice to have. A future where everyone considers the bigger picture first, prioritizing it over immediate self-reward and short-term benefits. We should all work towards fostering a lifestyle that reduces our ecological footprint and encouraging one another to have a positive and harmless impact to the planet and all beings.
