Your activities: 

  • Plan, schedule, and deliver webinars and hybrid events. 
  • Coordinate logistics: venues, registrations, travel, accommodation, technical setup, and catering. 
  • Liaise with speakers and moderators; prepare agendas, briefings, and event summaries. 
  • Collaborate with the Communications Team on marketing materials and promotional content. 
  • Manage event budgets and contracts. 
  • Provide participant support and post-event reporting. 
  • Ensure all events follow the Mission’s visual identity and inclusivity standards.

You will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality, engaging events that showcase our sustainability work. Your organizational skills and creativity will help maximize the impact of our EU-funded initiatives. 

 

Your qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in event planning, preferably in EU or international projects. 
  • Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and budgets. 
  • Familiarity with webinar tools (Zoom, Teams, Slido) and EU event protocols.
