Key Responsibilities
  • Moderate and maintain the community platform, respond to member requests within 3 working days.
  • Plan and deliver webinars, workshops, and other engagement activities.
  • Coordinate content creation, publications, and promotional activities.
  • Set up and support working groups on key topics and facilitate peer exchange.
  • Track engagement metrics, maintain dashboards, and report progress.
  • Collaborate across countries, institutions, and internal project teams to ensure smooth operations.

 

Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years in community management, stakeholder engagement, or EU expert group management.
  • Experience with digital knowledge-sharing platforms, webinars, and workshops.
  • Familiarity with EU policy frameworks, especially energy efficiency or public procurement.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional EU languages are a plus.
  • Proficient with collaboration and project management tools (Asana, MS Teams/Zoom, SharePoint).
