Job Summary
REVOLVE leads Communication and Dissemination Work Packages for multiple EU projects and initiatives working towards a zero-carbon future. We are looking for a creative, driven, and organized recent graduate to join our team as a Communication Trainee (Convention d'Immersion Professionnelle – CIP Contract). The Communication Trainee will work with the project managers to ensure the timely delivery of planned tasks and social media management.

Your job:
We are looking for a Communications Intern, ideally based in Brussels, to support social media, newsletters, events, and helpdesk operations. You will gain hands-on experience in communications for EU sustainability projects.
Your activities:
- Assist in drafting social media posts, newsletters, and event updates.
- Support helpdesk operations and respond to basic inquiries.
- Maintain databases of stakeholders, media contacts, and visual assets.
- Provide logistics and administrative support for events and webinars.
- Conduct desk research and compile content for communications materials.
- Help prepare analytics summaries and simple visuals.
Your added value:
You will help the team deliver smooth communications operations and gain broad exposure to EU project communications, making an immediate contribution to the success of our sustainability initiatives.
Your qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Political Science, or related field.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in communications or administrative support is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional EU languages desirable.
