Job Summary
REVOLVE leads Communication and Dissemination Work Packages for multiple EU projects and initiatives working towards a zero-carbon future. We are looking for a creative, driven, and organized recent graduate to join our team as a Communication Trainee (Convention d'Immersion Professionnelle – CIP Contract). The Communication Trainee will work with the project managers to ensure the timely delivery of planned tasks and social media management.

Job Responsibilities
REVOLVE activities:
Implement work plans for REVOLVE and EU projects, including:
- Support social media and digital content plan for REVOLVE and EU projects
- Support communication and advocacy campaign for REVOLVE and EU projects
- Support REVOLVE’s Twitter and Instagram.
- Manage the project’s social media accounts
- Draft newsletters and schedule them on MailChimp
- Help organize events (Webinars, conferences, panel discussions, workshops and exhibitions)
- Help prepare grant proposals
Your added value
- Knowledge of MS Office 365, Asana, Trello, Canva, Mailchimp, and Adobe Suite.
- Experience with various social media platforms
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Master’s degree in communication or a related field
- Persuasive communicator able to explain complex and technical information clearly and concisely
- Able to build productive working relationships with people from different cultures and backgrounds
- Native English speaker or equivalent (C2)
- Interest in, and a passion for, climate action, sustainability, decarbonization, and the EU Green Deal
